Opting Out of Paper Statements

Tired of receiving those pesky account statements in the mail every month, only to file them away – or even throw them away? Changing the way you receive your account statements is as easy as 1,2,3. Forget the paper, forget the filing – we’ll file it for you. You can easily opt out of paper statements online through your MemberDirect online banking account, through our website WebChat, at any branch, or by calling our Relationship Centre at 1.888.741.1010.

Benefits of E-Statements

  • Quicker access to e-statements compared with mailed statements;
  • The ability to download transaction history which can be used/analyzed with popular personal accounting software;
  • Remaining available online for 7 years.

To view your statements online, log on to MemberDirect online banking, visit the My Accounts tab from the left-side menu, and click View e-Statements.

To opt out of paper statements, complete the following steps:

Online

  1. Login to online banking
  2. Select Profile and Preferences from the left-side menu
  3. Click on Statement Options
  4. Select Do not mail paper statements and continue

You can also set up alerts to help you stay up-to-date on your financial information. Follow these simple steps to sign up for account alerts:

  1. Login to online banking
  2. Select Messages and Alerts from the left-side menu
  3. Click Get Started Today
  4. Review and set up alerts to be notified of activity in your accounts
