Enroll now in Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA)

We’re here to help our eligible business members apply for the financial support they need to cover operating costs.

If your small business or not-for-profit organization is facing hardships due to COVID-19, there’s a new benefit available. CEBA will provide interest-free loans up to $40,000 to eligible businesses to help cover operating expenses.

Keep in mind that if you repay the loan on or before December 31, 2022, 25% (up to $10,000) of the loan will be forgiven.

October Update: CEBA has been extended to December 31, 2020, making the program accessible longer to Canadians. Businesses that have been banking through personal accounts will now be able to access CEBA. If your business have has been unable to access CEBA in the past because you did not have a business chequing account, you may now be eligible. If you are already a member and would like further information, please contact us at CEBA.Questions@cccu.ca to get started.

CEBA+: On October 9, the federal government announced its intention to expand the program to enable organizations who are eligible for CEBA loans and who continue to be seriously impacted by the pandemic to access an interest-free loan of up to $20,000, in addition to the original CEBA loan of $40,000. Please note this expansion, referred to as “CEBA+," has not yet been launched by the government. For updates on when CEBA+ will be available, please visit https://ceba-cuec.ca/
