Want to pay your bills quickly and easily from the comfort of your home? It’s easy with our online banking tools. If you haven’t already, get started by visiting cccu.ca to register for online banking.

Once you’ve registered, here’s how to set up bill payments:

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Choose Payments on the left hand column.
  3. Select Add Payee if the payment is to a new payee. You can choose to search by payee name or to browse by type. Add the payee name when you find it and click on Return to Pay Bills.
  4. Select the account from which to pay the bill(s) by using the drop down arrow beside Pay From.
  5. Under Pay, click the checkbox beside each payee you wish to pay.
  6. Enter the dollar amount to pay each payee under Amount.
  7. Enter the date on which to pay the bill under Payment Date. This date defaults to the current date.
  8. Click on Pay Bills to proceed with the payment.

For added convenience, you can even automate your payment by choosing “Schedule Recurring Payment”—it’s that easy! Keep in mind you will need to ensure you have enough money in your account each month to cover the payment.

Paying your bills on or ahead of time is a great way to gain control over your finances. This financial habit will help you avoid late fees and always know how much money is left in your budget.
